What is nutrition? Well, is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. It is very important to find information and to be educated about nutrition, because is the right path to have quality of life and our immune system needs to stay strong. A good nutrition is divided in five categories: water, protein, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates.
A good nutrition helps our organs to be healthy and strong, drinking the right amount of water helps to get rid of toxins the cause diseases.
A good nutrition also helps to revert some conditions like diabetes, cholesterol, loosing of the hair and avoids the decade of teeth.
Eating the right amount of protein like meat, lentil, garbanzos etc, the fruits and the good carbohydrates found and some vegetables, along with vitamins, like vitamin ‘D’ and ‘C’ are extremely essential and will help us to prevent a lot of diseases. Remember ‘healthy body, healthy mind’.
